Renshi Lisa has been training in martial arts for over 18 years and currently holds the rank of 4th Dan (Yodan). Renshi joined PEK 18 years ago to spend more time with her two kids as well as to get fit, and build strength and cardio after the birth of her third child. Renshi obtained her 1st Dan (Shodan) black belt in November of 2010 at PEK.
